Sales and Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a reliable and strategic sales and marketing specialist to join our growing company. Working closely with the Membership and Communications Teams, you will build and deliver effective marketing campaigns, manage outbound and inbound sales leads, and provide sincere and exceptional customer service. This is a remote-first position, and candidates in all U.S. time zones will be considered.
In this role, you will:
- Learn the ins and outs of LobbyTools services and product tiers
- Work within matrixed teams to reach sales goals and company objectives
- Develop strategies for cultivating leads and increasing sales
- Build and maintain email marketing campaigns
- Assist in creating marketing copy and other collateral
- Manage customer relationships through CRM software and internal channels
- Provide thoughtful customer service experience that fosters a sense of community and culture

About This Role
Primary duties include database management, information collection and organization, quality assurance practices, and calendar management. LobbyTools is a remote-first workplace. We anticipate a hybrid working environment (part in-office, part remote). Hardware and software will be provided upon request, but interested candidates must have access to a reliable internet connection.
